Carol's B&B

Carol's B&B offers stylish comfort and fabulous views from a split-level contemporary home overlooking Hobart's waterfront and River Derwent. Located just minutes from Hobart CBD, Battery Point and Sandy Bay, the B&B comprises two double bedrooms, bathroom, and a large rumpus room (with television, DVD, Wi-Fi and coffee-making facilities) with direct access to a lower level patio and lawn which are private facilities (all in a non-smoking environment). Guests will enjoy a full breakfast on the delightful upper level and balcony, areas shared with Carol, the owner. Laundry facilities are also available. The B&B is set among quality homes in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top end of Caroline Street with a walking path to even more elevated housing and further beautiful views. It is thus peacefully located and close to all that cosmopolitan Hobart and its surrounds have to offer, including nearby cafes and restaurants. Parking is off street and front entry is shared with, but discretely separate from, the owner. Carol and her partner Graham have travelled widely and are aware of travellers' needs and interests. Indeed, Carol's perhaps most frequent question is "Is there anything further we can do or offer to make your stay more enjoyable?".
