The site consists of a central administration and accommodation area, recreational facilities and water tanks. A railway spur line runs through the site and contained numerous dead end sidings and short crossing loops along its length. It directly served a total of 31 ordinance stores and shelters each with an individual concrete platform alongside the railway line. (description taken from signage on site)...
