Your group of up to eight people will have exclusive use of the bright three bedroom self contained home and all activities on the property. The property is located just a short drive from the beautiful Clare Valley wineries and attractions and is minutes from the Balaklava Golf Course, local swimming pool and shops. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge room, front and rear verandahs, hooded four burner barbecue and more. For the kids, there?s a cubby house, sand pit, swings and bike track. Inside, there is a PlayStation II with games, DVD?s, board games and books. For the big kids is a 300 metre golf driving range.
